Personally, I don't fully trust doctors, nurses, treatment teams.

They may mean well and be informed, but as humans anyone

can make a mistake, anyone can miss something..

Best to call the drug manufacturer to be fully sure.

As a side thought, I did also call Scherring, was told as close

as possible to every 12 hours and given a reason that made

sense to me. They want the pills ( virus fighters)

to stay active at all times..

I wouldn't freak out, I am sure both ways will work, but I would

go directly to the source to see which way is the best way..

They never told me that about taking the Riba exactly 12 hours apart! They just said take twice daily and I do but not always at the same time! Now I am freaking out. I am in my third week. Rita
