Guest guest
Thank you, Kathe. Prayers are always welcomed. My nephrologist called me this morning. He said he wanted to talk to me personally rather than through his nurse, as I've been doing for the last week!! She called me every couple of days to see how things were going. He said that due to my drug allergies, the next course of action would be either intravenous drug therapy or intramuscular drug therapy. I told him that I don't think I could give myself a shot in the muscle. I did that once with epinephrin when I had a severe reaction to Latex. I almost went to the ER yesterday. But, my temperature didn't go any higher than 101. So, I just tried to wait it out. I have good days and increasingly more bad days. My family has been scolding me for not going to the ER, now, while it's not full blown as it was before. <<<sigh>>> I'm ready to have my kidneys taken out!! Well, at least those stones that are embedded!! Thank you for the response and the prayers.
