Cant work anymore/rheumatoid nodules.

I just started back to work 2 weeks ago after being on short term

disability and I'm starting back on a massive flare, fatigue, pain in

hands wrists, shoulders, and feet. I talked to my doctor today and

she said she knew this would happen, that I was so dead set on going

back to work that she had to let me find out for myself. I'm pretty

upset about it, but I just can't do it. I have learned to adjust my

home life, but that's all I can handle for now. I thought I was going

into remission, and I even had the best month of my life and then

this. Any suggestions? Also I have these huge bumps growing on my

scalp. Is it possible to gets nodules there? Thanks for your time.
