Can someone tell me what this may be?

Hi , I hope all is well with everyone and you ar efeeling the best you can be.

After all the doctor visits over the years pne of my complaints has been the

pain in my calves. All the meds I take DO NOT help this at all.

They don't hurt everyday and what usually triggers the pain is when I bend a

lot or get down on my knees. I cannot sit on the couch with my knees bent or

folded under me. The pain is bad and keeps me up at night sometimes. I have

cried with it sometimes too! I have a high tolerance to pain too!

It feels like it is deep inside my calves. Does anyone else have this kind of

pain or does anyone know what causes it or what it might be.
