Guest guest
Leo/Lee: I am suprised nightly at how tense my entire body has become through the day. I need to remember to do what you have suggested and get up and just stretch once in a while so that I do not get so tight. It's like I have to consciously say to myself when I am in bed, relax, let go of the tension, unhunch shoulders, unclench jaw, untighten legs, etc., and I'll think I am all untensed, and then notice I am tightening up again, and have to start all over again! I swear if I did not have my Ambien CR and Zanaflex to relax me at night, I would probably never get any sleep. Take care - Kathe > > I, too, often get angry at small things and while I do not use muh > profanity, I will catch myself bitterly sayiing " sh--! and then have > to appologize to myself as I am alone, but God knows. <G> > > but it seems to take off some of the pressure.
