Hep C Blog Central? / Positive Steps San Diego

Hi Friends and Family,

I've [FINALLY] gotten back in touch with My 12-Step roots and started

journaling again and want to archive My journey through treatment -

is there a central blog location for hep C members? (BTW, I don't

like the word patient(s), a disease/condition is just another journey

to me )

If there is not an existing location, are there other members that

would be interested in sharing their journey through an on line

journal?

I have several hep c related domain names and could have one on line

within 24 hours . I believe sharing Our stories are theraputic on

two levels - for Ourselves, and for those just starting, or making,

this journey through their lives.

I'm a title holder on a civic level here in San Diego and good

treatment providing will be presenting at an International level in

May.

My community platform includes Hep C awareness and I'm actively

seeking City and State involvement to provide better resources and

patient advocacy to Hep C members (there are huge opportunities for

those diagnosed with Hep C and AIDS/HIV both, but next to none for

single diagnosis clients, at least here).

A new " Positive Steps " support group will be announced in the San

Diego area as soon as we can find a neutral location to meet, so if

you live in the Greater San Diego Metro area, or in a community where

there are good resources for Hep C members I'd love to here from you

off-list at any time.

I'm game! I'm fairly new (just completed week 13) and willing to share what I,

my family, and especially my children (ages 6 - 18) have experienced.

My best friend lives in SD and while she won the luck of draw and was infected

she has many friends that have gone through tx so she may be a resource in

getting the word out. You can let me know off list (or on) if there is anything
