These are 10mg tabs, directions say 1 a day for 7 days then go up to 2 a day.

The only side effect I had was/is that I am really tired/brain foggy today which

I get anyway from CFS, so it may be that or the meds.

I have 25 mg ones don't see how you could split one. It is round like a ball

and very small.

I take 50 mg I can not see how to split them. I did the same thing rolled on to

my arms and had a hard time. using them.

Youch, be careful! Normally they start you out on baby doses, so if

you're going to take it, try 1/4 tab to start...

Hi Sherry,

I use a pill cutter to split my needed pills. Right now I have two,

a small one and a large one. You can find them at most pharmacies.

Since you have already taken 50 mg I don't see a problem with that. Now just

learn to not roll over.LOL

If I wake lying on my back my hip is hurting so badly it's unreal. The solution

is to move but that is funny too as even though I know moving helps it's like I

can't make myself move. Strange how we can still sleep at all with that level

of pain. I guess that is why I need something to help me sleep. I think with

me it does not help with the sleep as much as at first, plus my feet aren't

hurting as much.

My experience is that I continued to take 50's, then had to go as high as

150 mg. Your body will adjust after a few days and you'll sleep better.

That's what it did for me. And, I still have a heck of a time sleeping

because of the pain.
