Guest guest
Hi , I live in Syracuse NY(Liverpool), and was diagnosed with RA 3 weeks ago. After spending 3 months feeling like a human pincushion/lab rat with all of the testing, it is a releif in a way to have a name for all this pain and exhaustion. I haven't gotten in touch with any support groups as of yet. Just trying to keep afloat, I am a single mom of a 19 month old little girl and have a full time job. I would be interested in sharing and learning more, not sure how mobile I am right now, I pretty much go to work and go home to take care of my daughter, some days it hurts to drive. Pretty much anywhere after work that I go, she goes. It gets me down sometimes...8 months ago I ran the Utica Boilermaker 15k, today it hurts to turn a doorknob. I'm hoping that the methotrexate will work(does the brain fog lessen woth time on this medication?). also on Relafen. Hope you are having a good day! > > > I have been out of work on disability since October 2005. I have > Fibromyalgia and Tendonitis as well as Scoliosis and bone spurs and bulged discs.
