Sometimes I wonder if you work full time for this list!! I really appreciate

your efforts. I hate to ask this question but decided to anyway as I want as

much from your replies as I can get.

I usually crop my posts to eliminate all the excess but here I will not do that

to help with the question as this illustrates my problem in utilizing them.

Going to both the Mayo Clinic and Hopkins I do not find the relevent aspect of

these. Those 2 are full of good information in general but do not know what you

were looking at. Can you please help me to utilize your efforts to be most

effective?
