Guest guest
Hi All, It has become necessary for me to return to work. I am only 34 and dianosed with RA almost 2 years ago. I have 3 children (10,4,2) and as you all know prices for even basic necessities have gone through the roof not to mention feeding 3 boys. Right now I have no health insurance and about 3 months ago stopped seeing my rheumy because I felt he was not helping me at all. I am currently off all my meds except the lortabs I have hidden away for when the pain gets too bad. I am going to be teaching in a preschool and am worried I wont be able to make it through the day. Right now, I have so much pain in my legs and feet I have trouble walking. My fingers feel like they want to pop open too. just the thought of slippin gon shoes makes me cringe, my bones hurt so badly. Does anyone take anything that is all natural for their RA? That is the ony route I can go right now with no insurance. Hubby wont get it from his new job til september so I must tough it out til then. I am so scared that I will not be able to do this even though I must. Maybe the stress of that isnt helping either. I am also trying to lose weight because I know that will help my joints too but it is a uphill battle. I try to exercise every day for at least 20 minutes on my gazelle but havent seen much improvement. And, I still need a nap each day just to get through the day. And I also sleep terribly at night.I of course will not be able to do that once I start working. Hubby works an hour from home so everything with the kids and house and now my new job falls on me(oh and the dog too) I do not start working til the end of next month so I want to try and get as healthy as I can in that time. Please, anyone do you have any ideas that may help me? on another note- hubby actually said that maybe I will " feel better " once I get out of the house and work. like all that is wrong with me is I am cooped up in the house. GRRRR. Thank you all in advance for your help. I hope everyone is having a pain free day.
