Guest guest
Hi , Welcome to the group! This is a very good one and provides a wealth of information. Everyone is nice and helpful. Feel free to ask questions and to vent if needed. I have had fibromyalgia for several years. The best things I do for mine is try and walk daily, take yoga and rest often. Hot baths help. Menthol pain patches are good on specific painful areas. Little Salonpas patches contain menthol, are small but fit well on my shoulder and stick good. When I first found out I had fibro I was 35 and now am 50. Can't help your with the kids since I couldn't have them. warm hugs, Debbie L > > Hi, my name is and after months of doctor visits and tests I > saw a rheumatologist and am diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
