Guest guest
My name is Debbie, I am 29 years old and recently, or should I say finally given a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia. I can't say that I am relieved as I am sure everyone knows it is extremely frustrating. My recent struggles have been the IBS in company with the fibro and has kept me pretty much indoors. For the past year the fibro has been almost completely disabling. I think fighting something that tends to have so much control is the most difficult as I am the mother of 2 boys 5 and 7 years, one with special needs. Any advice on increasing mobility and decreasing the depressive symptoms would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to sharing any information I receive and appreciate the fact that you are all so welcoming!! Thank You, Debbie ps. Its great to know that I am not alone!! __________________________________________________
Guest guest
My mother (finally) got diagnosed with fibromyalgia. She was perscribed anti depressants that didnt help much. Then someone said, " try cutting out all aspartame " . She did and has had 80% improvement. Worth a shot... --- In , supermommy76 <supermommy76@...> wrote: > > My name is Debbie, I am 29 years old and recently, or > should I say finally given a diagnosis of > Fibromyalgia.
