Guest guest Posted September 8, 2001 Report Share Posted September 8, 2001 Did my first upper body workout for challenge 3 yesterday and today everything I worked is sore today. It's like starting over in a way, but it is good sore. Feels so good to be lifting again. Hated taking the week off from lifting but probably needed it. One small disappointment is that I started out too heavy for everything on my new workout so ended up having to adjust the pounds for the other sets. Guess I overestimated my strength or maybe coming back after a week off it will take a few days to get back to where I was before.
