I found out that Humira burns much more than Enbrel. Some say to leave it

out to reach room temperature, but I never tried that. I would probably

forget about it... What helps a little is if I slap the injection point a

couple of times right before injection. I don't know if one pain take away

another, but it helps a bit. Maybe someone else can share what works for

them.
