I think Andy is the one who turned me on to this... (Am I right?)

I am doing some fun stuff. I am interval walking & running right now

on the treadmill. This is killer. And I am laughing when I am doing

it. People in the gym are always looking over at me!

I use the hill profile on the treadmill. At a 15% incline and walk

up the hills at about 4 miles per hour, and when I get to the bottom

of the hill I start running usually at 6.5 mph. Ouch that is

fantastic. Then when the machiene starts to go back up a hill, I walk

again. For 20 minutes. It is killer, I love it. I laugh when the

minute of running is over! Oh the walking up the big hills is so much

easier it is like a walk in the park.

I used to think the hill walking was hard now it is my relaxing

time! You know it is all in your perspective.

I am loving life after that cardio! I am so glad to be back on the

program.
