Guest guest
See what you started Holly. ha! We are all with you and can totally relate. However, ice packs help me. I have to just try everything like trying to calm a baby. I see if the ice pack helps the heat and swelling to the area first. Sometimes a heating pad helps, not often for me. Sometimes icy hot cream helps but not always and for trying to work with that pain, I don't have a clue because it always requires you resting with the things I mentioned above. You have to rest the joint so that it can recover. But joyce it is difficult to reach the comb to my hair as well. I used to be so concerned with my appearance and I still try to be well groomed anyway but it is very difficult. I have thought of getting a permanent relaxer to my hair but with all of the chemicals in the relaxers and the medications in my body which oozes through to the hair as well, just don't mix. I will just lose all of my hair from breakage. So I have become very creative with hats and barettes (sp?) peace and healing everyone, Ebony > Anybody have shoulder pain from the RA? I had to miss work today > because I can't hardly move my arm because of the pain in my shoulder. > I've been taking 20 mg of Lortabs, but that hardly works, and hot > baths work a little bit. Anybody else have this problem, and what > seems to help you? I haven't experienced this type of pain in a long > time, and I need to make it to work tomorrow. Thanks!!
