Jen just have some EXCELLENT advice in her email... but, may I ask you why

do you let the stress get the better of you? Have you tried yoga or

relaxation techniques? I just started a yoga class at my gym, and it has

done wonders for my stress level and for my peace of mind...

Just a thought...
