Kristi

I have both RA and OA.

OA is joint wear and tear and does cause joint pain. But RA is harder to deal

with with all the fatigue, sleeplessness, reactions to medications and so on.

OA does not have secondary symptoms, like I have in my lungs and kidneys.

I have a question- What is the difference, symptom-wise, between

Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis? I had a family member argue with me

that OA was just as " bad " as RA, just that RA could be in more places. I haven't

read up that much on OA. Thanks, Kristi
