Dreamer, this is really exciting! Don't feel guilty, it is good that the

meds are working for you. I had my first Humira two weeks ago, will have

the next dose tomorrow. I'm almost afraid to hope - I have felt so much

better until the last couple of days, when the heat has bothered me. I keep

waiting for some side effect that will keep me from taking it, or to find

out the feeling good won't last. If I can really keep feeling this good,

it's almost too good to be true!

Yes, dreamer, I got the same relief when I started on Enbrel. Isn't it

wonderful? Here's hoping the relief continues for you. Congratulations!

I got tremendous relief from Arava too... until my liver couldn't

tolerate it any more. Now I'm off Arava waiting for my liver values

to return to normal (they are improving, but not back to normal yet)

at which point we have to decide what new drug to add. I think it

will probably be Enbrel. I am PRAYING I get as good a response to the

Enbrel as I did to the Arava. It was so awesome to feel GOOD again

for a couple of weeks.

We had a cook-out/pool party yesterday, and even though my family did

a LOT of the work, I've been in bed most of the day today recuperating.
