I'm curious about taking MTX when sick as well. I was

not really able to get a clear answer from my rheumy

and, frankly, if I stopped taking it every time I am

sick, I'd probably be off of it more than half the

time.

Any thoughts on this?

P. S. What I have learned from dire experience,

however, is to stop taking it if I am very sick--it

made getting better almost impossible!!

I haven't been sick often on it, but when I have, I've just reduced

my MTX dose. My recovery time was normal.

Thanks ,

I don't like my chances of getting a response so I think I will just skip this

weeks dose and try to get rid of this.
