Neurological problems and arthritis question?

I've been diagnosed with inflamatory arthritis. I had a positive RA

test but retesting was negative. My symptoms include swollen and

disfigured joints, carpal tunnel etc. but I also have many

neurological symptoms. Foot drag, foot kicking out, pins and needles

feeling in face, arms, legs. Very tired, too. Does anyone else get the

weird neurological symptoms. ALS, thankfully, has been ruled out.
