Guest guest
I have a friend whose child was seriously injured over Christmas. She was told that a homebound teacher could come to help her daughter keep up during her projected six-eight week absence, however, the diagnostician just told her she couldn't have an ARD until Jan. 20, then of course it will take some time to get things worked out. By that time, more than half the absence will ge gone. She was also told that the max was 4 hours per week. Can anyone advise where I can research what the law is regarding the district's obligation and this child's rights? Regards,
