Hi , I'm sorry to hear about your arm. Your pain sounds much like the pain I had for quite awhile before I went to see an orthopedic surgeon who specialized in shoulders. He said I had a torn rotator cuff and some arthritis damage. He operated and repaired the torn rotator cuff, and it's helped quite a lot. My husband had a similar pain, though, and the ortho doc (the same one I had) said it was adhesive capsulitis (some people call it " frozen shoulder. " ) The doc sent him for PT and he doesn't have the pain any more. Good luck! I hope it's something easy to fix. Take care, Sue
Guest guest
Hi , Sorry to hear you can't get your RA & high blood pressure covered under United Health Care. It must have the pre-existing clause. Yesterday I found out BCBS wavers the pre-existing conditions. So I can get my fibro cared for under it. As far as shoulder problem, I also have a chronic bad shoulder. My rheum told me to see the orthopedic surgeoan about my shoulder. The ortho docs are good about treating joint problems. See if you can see one of the othro docs, too. Debbie L > > Hi, I mostly just read and havent posted in a long while but I too > have United Health Care.
