Guest guest
Sue, Did the testing done when he was first born test positive for CF? That is what happened with her, and so now their doing the sweat test. The only way I would wrap up in plastic, is if I could lose some pounds, lol Tawny
Guest guest
Tawny, I don't know if they did testing for that on newborns or not way back then. After he had the surgery for pyloric stenosis, he kept having problems, and they were trying to find out what was wrong. He had awful diarrhea, and it smelled so awful. I was glad that he had an episode once when I had him at the pediatrician's. They never did find out what was wrong with him. They finally told me that it might be a wheat allergy, so I kept anything with wheat in it out of his diet. That was really hard, because he couldn't eat any crackers or cookies. I finally found some fortune cookies made out of rice to give him. He eats all wheat products now without any problem. I think he just outgrew whatever was causing him problems. Keep us updated on Chloe.
