Guest guest
I would be concerned if its a one size fits all protocol. Have you done testing to determine exactly what your child needs? A lot of these kids do not need high doses of vits and minerals but need to take lots of things, in small doses. Who are you seeing? And have you check in to Amy Yasko's DNA testing to pinpoint what your child needs?
Guest guest
We are doing the vitamin protocol but I have learned that you need to follow your own instinct. We had to lower the dose on the vitamins because too high of a dose was making sick and really upset. He was losing weight since he was sick to his stomach and he couldn't really afford to lose weight. I changed the dose on my own and our doctor agreed the next time we went for a visit. Guest guest
We live down in the Valley right now, and there isn't a big selection of doctors who know anything about autism, especially DAN doctors. We are moving to Dallas this summer -- who is Amy Yasko, and where is she located? Thanks for the suggestion -- we did have him tested for allergies and some heavy metals, but there wasn't anything out of norm. We appreciate the help. and Greg >From: blessingsx10@... >Reply-To: Texas-Autism-Advocacy >To: Texas-Autism-Advocacy >Subject: Re: Vitamins in Dan Protocol >Date: Fri, 31 Mar 2006 01:08:49 EST > >I would be concerned if its a one size fits all protocol.
