Guest guest
Hi Patsy: I am so sorry to read about your lung problems, and that they are linked to use of Enbrel. I have been on Enbrel now for a year, and have had very positive results with it, my RA is under good control - I also take Mtx. It is something that scares me, and I am sure others here, that the medication which has helped you so much causes other problems which prohibit your ever taking it again, or others like it which might have helped your RA. Has your doctor mentioned Orencia? I think that does not work the same way as the other meds, and might be of consideration. Guest guest
Hi Kathe, I am just now getting back to you, since my new computer was just hooked up today. I intend to look up the Orencia that you speak of. Since I haven't been up on new meds during the years I was on Enbrel, I am sort of out of it. My month's long pneumonia has finally cleared up. My rheumatologist has me taking mg. of prednisone daily. I am not sure if it helps or not. I think the dry weather we have had here in Pasadena is what made me feel better. What part of CA do you live in? Sincerely, Patsy Kathe Sabetzadeh <lv2ryd@...> wrote: Hi Patsy: I am so sorry to read about your lung problems, and that they are linked to use of Enbrel. Guest guest
Patsy, I hope you're feeling better. That must have been very scary dealing with a long-term lung infection. I bet that it will take a while to start getting energy back. Best, kate Patsy <pab91101@...> wrote: Hi Kathe, I am just now getting back to you, since my new computer was just hooked up today.
