Guest guest
Hugs to you! My heart goes out to the young mothers trying to raise children with these auto-immune conditions. A chiroproactor I saw for a little while told me the pregnancy brought on the RA. I don't know if this can be true for you or not. And she said my daughter was vaccined damaged which caused her special needs.. I will never know the answer to that one. However, I know it is tough being a mom all by itself without all of the added extras like special needs and a mom in chronic pain. I have heard a high protein / low carbs diet helps fibro patients. Probably not the atkins thing but maybe a little of that mixed in. I just can't see how all of that meat is good for anyone. I know warm-water therapy is great for physical disabilities, staying active when not in a flare is important. Staying stress free as much as possible. Take lots of breaks, hire a babysitter for some " me " time, etc. I know a person who loved her Neurontin medication for the fibro but can't vouch for it myself. I tried Mobic and heard it is good for fibro also. It helped the RA with pain, just made me lightheaded but doesn't do that to everyone. wish you and the babies the best. take care, Ebony --- In , supermommy76 <supermommy76@...> wrote: > > My name is Debbie, I am 29 years old and recently, or > should I say finally given a diagnosis of > Fibromyalgia.
