I was wondering if anyone has any secrets on dealing with the fatique and with getting over sickness. I have been fighting bronchitis since beginning of March. yikes you too huh. No antibiotics for me yet. Mucinex works for getting the crap out so to speak. Dayquil is awesome. I dont take the nyquil anymore because it has alcohol in it. Hot showers and rest help a lot too. Guest guest
Hi all. I really don't have any advice for getting better, but I know what it's like to have a cold or flu and not be able to shake it. I get them every now and then and I keep it for 2-4 weeks! It sucks to have a cold for that long. No matter what I try, it doesn't seem to help. The only meds I take is ibuprofen anyway. Janet N2kids@... wrote: In a message dated 4/8/2006 8:20:08 A.M. Guest guest
I don.t have any advice on colds, but when you have an upset tummy, or are taking antibiotic eating yogurt with an active culture helps. You must read the label, it must have active cultures to help. Yo-plait is the brand I like. My Doc always tells me to eat yogurt when taking ant antibiotic. in WI Janet Newton <sungdss33@...> wrote: Hi all.
