Texas Risk Pool denied speech

Has anyone had success getting Texas Risk Pool BCBS insurance to pay for Speech

and if

so what was the diagnosis code. Texas has a law that if an insurance company

pays for

Speech they can't descriminate. We have been denied. Any help would be great

appreciated.
