Guest guest
HI Peggie!! Welcome to the group!! This is a great one to belong to. Everyone here is nice and helpful. Lots of good information can be found here, too. It's ok to vent if you need to. Feel free to ask questions. Sorry to hear you are having trouble with daily tasks. My Fibromyalgia Help Book provides good information on how to cope with that. Good Grips products are also very good. Try not to feel so frustrated with yourself. Just take things a little at a time. Rest often. I have had fibro for several years so am very familiar with treatment. I take a NSAID for joint pain, pain pills and a muscle relaxant. Also use menthol patches on painful areas. warm hugs, Debbie L > > I started a post a minute ago and it disappeard.
