PEDIATRICIANS/SPECIALISTS IN NEW BRAUNFELS

Does anybody have referrals/names of pediatricians, neurologists,

behavioral/developmental pediatrician and GIs in the New Braunfels/San

area? We are with Nanes Pediatrics (a TX Children's group)

here in Houston and they were not able to help me with any names

outside of Houston.

There are no developmental pedi's, pedi GI's, etc located in New Braunfels. The

pediatricians there will just refer you to San . There is one pedi

neurologist located in SA who has a satellite office in New Braunfels, Dr.

Tomasavic. He comes to New Braunfels once a month, I believe. From my

experience, I have found that very few pediatricians in New Braunfels are very

knowledgeable about ASD. In addition, there aren't any clinics that specialize

in therapy for ASD, such as speech, OT, PT, etc.

Another option would be looking in Austin as well.

Thank you for the info! If we end up in New Braunfels, I am

resigned to the fact that I will have to commute. I'm used to

traveling a bit even here in Houston.
