Blood results need help in understanding this

I recieved the blood results today ad foudn that the RA first factor I

guess the sed was 630 and the second test they did on it showed a

negative 20. So Does that mean that I do or don't have it?

My cholesteral was sky high too? I know part plays in diet but can it

be caused also from fibro and stress?
