Hi Kate,

I quickly read through this string of notes. I agree not all endo

are good but I have a great one. Last year I had goiter (enlargered

thyroid) prior to my thyroid surgery in July 05. A week later I

found out I had thyroid cancer. My first endo was crappy. But me new

is very good and treats me well. This year in preparing for my

follow up body scan, he gave me thyrogen injx instead of having me

go off my Synthroid which is protocol. TSH must be high for the

scan. He told me being hypo would be too hard in me with having

fibro and my other health problems. I realy respect him for that. He

is director of my clinic's endo unit.
