Same here ,

even with enbrel and prednisone added, i flared everyday for 3 months

while trying to work. but if i sat perfectly still, stayed home, the

flares were kept at bay but pain persisted. i got a new job for 3

more months, same regimen plus painkillers, flares resumed. so i am

convinced there has to be a better way. still searching...

Yeah, but then they tell you how important it is to stay physically

active... but be careful not to do too much and cause a flair... get

off the steroids ASAP... but also try not to take too much pain

med... even if you can't stay active without the pain meds and/or

pred to keep you comfortable enough to keep moving...

The whole thing seems like a vicious cycle. :-(
