Hi,

Thank you for posting your new email! I think you may still have

your old one listed in the Helmet/Band Database; would you like me

to change it, or will you have a chance to change it? Just let me

know,

Take care,

Christie (Mom to Repo'd Remy)

Hello,

What e-mail (, ISP, ??) and is it post office protocol or web based? What operating system are you using? If it is e-mail from the group, remember it can take three or four days for any setting changes to take effect.

Best regards from Rochester, NY

Jim

I got tired of using my ISP mail and started going with Outlook, but just started using Eudora. I have DSL from Sbcglobal (), so it's a POP protocol. I think I've got it working. Their instructions on my "userid" field was to enter that portion of my address which appears before the @ sign. I think SBC/ is a little bit different, with the outgoing server requiring authentication, etc. Anyway, it seems to be working now. -dz-JAMES HAMPTON <james.hampton6@...> wrote:

Hello, Dave

Well, that is good news. I remember one time I couldn't connect to the Internet. A call to my ISP revealed that they had changed my address! This was on DSL. I had to jump through a few hoops, but after dropping the current address, when I reconnected it found the new address and all was well.

Best regards from Rochester, NY
