Guest guest
Hi Tess: Yeah Tess!!!!! Good for you!! I posted a while back that I was also doing the Arthritis Walk, but in Riverside, Ca on May 20th. I am looking forward to it, and my family is going with me! I hope to be able to make it for the 1 mile I have set as my goal, maybe I'll even go a little farther, depending on what my old joints have to say about it lol. My " walk " may be more of a " hobble " depending...... My feet, ankles and legs have bee giving me a lot of pain lately, as well as my elbows, so I might use my cane part of the way. I'll at least take it as insurance and just swing it along casually until it's needed lol. Anybody in the Riverside, California area who wants to join in the walk, please do - just go to the Arthritis Foundation webpage, and sign up. The more walkers, the more attention will be paid on Arthritis, which hopefully will mean more understanding for us, and more reasearch in the future!!!!! Yeah Tess!!!!! Will be thinking of you, and all of you here on this group, when I am walking in CA, I walk for all of us!!
