Me Too I have to sit down and rest.after only 10-15 mim up my leggs

and back just kill me... it take's all day just about to clean one

room. jut that is ok the house work is not going any where it will

wait for me lol.

I totally agree about the resting. If I rest 1/2 to one hour per day, I seem to

have less flares. When I push through and skip it, I tend to have a bad flare a

few days later. I have noticed this time and again and now am faithful about my

resting. In the long run, I get way more done.
