Guest guest Posted June 26, 2006 Report Share Posted June 26, 2006 I totally agree about the resting. If I rest 1/2 to one hour per day, I seem to have less flares. When I push through and skip it, I tend to have a bad flare a few days later. I have noticed this time and again and now am faithful about my resting. In the long run, I get way more done.
