Guest guest
Thanks for your post! I wish I could read all the posts everyday! You are so right about the cowardly thing...and their objectives in any such situation is to turn the blame from THEM and get them fighting amongst themselves. I had a couple kids like that! They could just put our family in an uproar of strife in moments if I didn't keep a handle on it. The tactics are never new...the enemies know what works, and they seldom come up with anything new, so if we can keep in mind these things, we will foil their plans. Guest guest
>>>I want to share some of [my] symptoms...Pale colored stools (no longer after I started taking a non-GMO brand of vitamin C). Pain lower right side of ribs (that comes and goes now and then depending on fatty meals etc.). Pain under upper right rib after eating (now and then). Pain between shoulder blades (not anymore, use to get them a lot). Weird sensation of something stuck, feeling my liver after I eat or gallbladder ...not as much anymore, I feel it today ate lots of fatty stuff last night) Muscle twitching at nightime especially and during the day muscles will twitch also now and then. Weird sensation in right arm sort of kind of like numbness. headaches sometimes. weird dreams. abdominal bloating. see stars when not hungry. sharp pain in heart (hasn't happened lately)<<< it sounds to me like you *may* not have stones yet but that your ducts are clogged with sludge. The reason I say that is because you said that your stool changed from a pale colour when you started taking Vit C. Vit C is known to thin bile and would therefore allow it to flow more freely adding colour to your stool and that you said some of your symptoms have disappeared - this would be consistent with your diet changes and proactive stance and suggest to me that you are eliminating the sludge and your liver/gallbladder are becoming less congested. Also I think it was you who said you were vegetarian? If so, it may or may not be the case with you but worthy of a mention for any other vegetarians we have on the group - Vegetarians have to work harder than those of us who consume animal fats to get enough good fat in their diets to stimulate production of the chemical that causes the gallbladder to contract and release bile thereby maintaining lever/gallbladder health. They also need to be more diligent about exercising which stimulates the liver. If I am right that you have sludge the good news is that it is easier to treat than calcified stones (In hindsight I believe that this is what happened to me as for 13 years I felt unwell and suffered multiple miscarriages but the doctor was never able to find anything wrong with me until my liver enzymes became elevated and stones were finally seen on an ultrasound. It is interesting to note that the liver regulates your hormones and since I have started treating my liver I have not suffered another miscarriage). With more attention to bile thinners and liver stimulants you may very well find that you will return to full health without getting to the stage of your liver producing stones from the stagnant bile in your gallbladder. The pain you mention and the sensation of something being stuck are (IMHO) very likely to be your body trying to expel the thick sludge in your ducts and having a tough job of it. The Muscle twitching, the weird sensation in your right arm sort of kind of like numbness, the weird dreams and sharp pain in the heart are all consistent with magnesium deficiency. Are you taking a mag supplement? I used to see stars all the time too but it has stopped now. Headaches can be a sign of toxicity and dehydration. Dehydration also contributes to sludge. I hope some of this is helpful ) Blessings Mama Helpmeet to an amazing man and Home Educating Mother of 7 precious blessings.
