Guest guest
Hello, I was dx'd at 13 with JRA, I'm now 37. You should also know that you have joints in your skull. Don't be surprised when you are learning more abt this disease 24 years later. Things the docs never told me abt are happening. I'm not too happy with them now. Like cataracts from prednisone and tendons in my hand rupturing. I know there was a thread for that a while back. I had surgery last September on my right hand to fix a tendon that basically ripped in half. Let's say, no docs told me that could happen, if they had, it could have been prevented with surgery before ripping apart. Needless to say, the surgery didn't work and my finger doesn't exactly work the way it did before.
