Thankyou for letting me join this group. I am a 56 year old female. I injured my

right shoulder several years ago and arthritis set in there. The thing that

bothers me so badly about this is the constant throbbing I have to deal with

with each onset.

Sue, have you seen a rheumatologist? Is anyone treating your pain? There are

several options you could try to get some relief.

Yes I have but I am so discouraged. All they have done is prescribe pain pills.

I am trying to stay away from them for as long as possible.
