Hi Debbie,

CS is just abbreviation for customer service (CS).

The type of transcription I did from home in the past was medical.

Many retired nurses also do transcription. I had just trained as EMT

before getting RA. So I decided to go into it. At that time, the

money was decent. Things have changed with some of the transcription

being done oversease. It is best to have your own accounts with

doctors, other healthcare providers you work directly with, but I

have always utilized agencies because I am so limited with my hands

and mobility. Before that, I worked as a transcriptionist in a

hospital in hopes of working from home. At that time, it was to be

near my daughter who was developmentally delayed and who had

developed severe seizure disorder. Now, it is just difficult to get

out there for interviews and filling out applications.
