Guest guest
Does anyone take B-12 shots to help combat the fatigue? Do they help at all? Picked my RX up today, I hope it works!
Guest guest
I took them when I was pregnant and had morning sickness and it did seem to make me feel better. When I go into my regular doc all I have to do is ask and he will give me one. I figure it doesn't hurt anything. Guest guest
Glad it helped ! Joy eandsspivey <espivey@...> wrote: Hi all. I asked last week if anyone had tried them. I got one Friday and am surprised at the difference. I still hurt but I can deal with the pain better because I have the energy to move. I've been cooking most of the day and am really tired, but not " sick " tired like I was before. Take care! Guest guest
I had something similar when I was on antibiotic therapy and it helped me for a day, but it was a steroid/B-12 combo shot, so not looking to go back to that at the moment, but I have heard of people being helped by the just the B12 shots. Good news about your B-12 shot. I may just look for a doctor who gives them and try them myself. For now, I've just been taking a multivitamin with b complex in them and will have increased energy for 6 hours or so. Whatever this disease does, it must deplete the B-complex vitamins somehow. peace, Ebony > > Hi all. I asked last week if anyone had tried them. I got one Friday > and am surprised at the difference.
