Debbie,

You are alone. My insurance company, Cigna decided to drop every doc and

hospital in my county without telling the anyone. The docs nor hospitals knew

until nearly two months later when they rejected the bills for payment.

I the patient had no clue. So over night I had NO healthcare.

They they notified me the only place I can go is a medical center 30 miles

away. This medical center has serious billing issues and has screwed up every

medical bill so far. Then they demand the money from me.

Frustrated does not describe how I feel. So I have NO health care, no meds

and I have spent the past few weeks on the phone with a medical center that

refuses to see me without referral from my old docs...my old docs refuse to

give a referral without seeing me...cause they have not seen me for over 3

months...duh!!!!! I can not go back unless I pay out of pocket!!

I finally after lots of arguing, screaming and threatening to sue got my

records sent over and I finally got a rheummy appnt for Monday!!! Thank the

Lord...cause much longer could have fatal effects for anyone within a 100 mile

radius of me!!! LOL

Now keep in mind this not only affects me but my hubby and children!!
