Guest guest
Oh, good point!!! I need to watch that, because now, at the end of day 2 I am feeling pretty darn good! I was thinking I might go for a good walk or something tomorrow- heck I even feel like I could run, but know better than to push ANY envelope that far! LOL!! I am only supposed to be on this for 6 days, but I can definitely see myself gaining a bit during this. I am trying to watch how much I eat, but I am SOOOO hungry! I actually feel like I might throw up if I don't eat!! So, since I am only going to be on it for this short period of time I am trying to go easy on myself too. Semalee, Trust me it's the Medrol!!(been there, done that) It makes me feel like I could eat a horse!!And I don't eat much usually on a good day at all. You just have to try and watch it because you can pack on 10 lb's real fast with it! You are using it short term so you shouldn't have a big prolblem with weight...just stay away from the horses!!! AND THE GOOD NEWS is that you are probably going to feel really good really fast....be careful that you don't think youre " cured " and hurt yourself by doing something that you ordinarily wouldn't!!! It gives you a false sense of wellness!!Jenna __________________________________________________
