Guest guest
Way to go Tess!!!!! You have went a long way baby, I'm so proud of you, hugs Tawny > > Hi All...I am going to do the Arthritis Foundation walk on May 21 in Portland, Oregon. This is the first time since my kids were tiny (and they are now 32,30,28 and 26) that I have been physically able to participate in such an event. The event is 3.1 miles, but also has a 1 mile option...I don't know how much I can do, but I will do my best! > > If you live in the Portland area and would like to join me, I would LOVE that. Please email me off-list. If you would like to donate, I would so appreciate it...just click the link below. (If you would rather mail a donation, email me off list). Guest guest
Fantastic Tess! You just do the best you can and don't worry about how far you walk. Just doing it in the first place is very admirable. I'm so proud of you. a On Apr 13, 2006, at 6:47 PM, Grammi B wrote: > Hi All...I am going to do the Arthritis Foundation walk on May 21 > in Portland, Oregon. Guest guest
Hi Tess, I too am doing the walk. My first time walking too, I am walking in Ann Arbot Michigan. I have recruited my daughter to walk with me. I hope to walk the 3 miles, but a nodule on my right ankle may have other plans. I want to walk as far as I can. I am fairly new to RA, and am learning so much from this group. The support is fantastic. Best of luck to you on your walk.
