Guest guest
Saturday night is the time we fill our pill boxes for the week and lately I've been giving myself the MTX shot then. My fired Rummy had increased my MTX injection to 1.2cc, but since I couldn't find a syringe to hold that amount without that #25 needle, I went to 1cc with a #29 needle. It seemed to work the same and would save me a little money. That's one of my downfalls, I look at almost everything as having a particular monetary value. Instructions said for me to take the 1.2cc from a 2cc vial and throw the rest away, but I can't do that. Lately, I've been getting worse and noticed that I get worse as the day progresses, and I wouldn't feel up to doing anything. So, I decided that I'd go back up on the MTX with the larger needle in the stomach only, and at the same time, stopped my usual morning breakfast. Because it's easy to fix and I don't have to stand for long, I'd fix a bowl of wheat bran squares and Oatmeal squares with brown sugar, and some canned fruit cocktail almost every morning. Now that I'm back up on the MTX and off the wheat products with milk, I feel a lot better after only a couple of days. Which one do you all think was the bad part? I'm planning to fix myself a 'normal' breakfast again and see if I get worse again. Can diet really be that meaningful?
