Guest guest
I have a question for everyone...before we went to get our casting, our orthotist office had us submit pics for the ins. They were returned yesterday with no note attached but when I read the orthotist's notes on them, he did not mention the bossing in front or his ear misallignment. He did mention the tilt to his head and the flatness and assymetry. I am worried that this will affect the outcome of the ins. payment. (or non-payment, for that matter) sorry for the novel. Does anyone have any comments about this? Ann
Guest guest
Even though my insurance didn't require preauthorization; before they would issue a letter to Cranial Tech stating they would pay for the band, one of the things they wanted to see were "pre-op" photos. They accepted faxed photos (if you can believe it). Kaye/subscribe/Plagiocephaly ----- Original Message ----- From: AAKARA@... As for the dr's notes, I don't know, it would worry me too. They need to be very specific & careful with their documentation. Keep us posted...Kimry
