Guest guest
Hi Peggy: That is great that you have gotten a new job - just remember to rest as much as possible, either during breaks (like the kids' lunch time), or after you come home - just kick off your shoes and try to lie down for at least a half hour before you start any other activities. Give you body a chance to adjust to it's new routine. Get up a little earlier, take a longer hot shower, you know, don't rush things, and don't stress. You will be fine!
