Hi Peggy:

That is great that you have gotten a new job - just

remember to rest as much as possible, either during

breaks (like the kids' lunch time), or after you come

home - just kick off your shoes and try to lie down

for at least a half hour before you start any other

activities. Give you body a chance to adjust to it's

new routine. Get up a little earlier, take a longer

hot shower, you know, don't rush things, and don't

stress. You will be fine!
