On the other hand before we moved recently we lived on 43 acres of bushland, so we looked after injured wildlife for the local wildlife group, we had 20 plus extra family members over the year and a half we were there....kangaroos, wallabies,possums and the odd bird as well I really miss it now that we have moved, and we certainly can't do it here where we live now. Thanks again in 0z [ ] Brief Intro My name is Toni....I am in Central Texas. Married mother of two wonderful teenage daughters. 18 yo is graduating in May and my 15 yo graduates in two years. We are a former military family and have lived all over the world. Both daughters are special needs, 18 yo has sickle cell anemia and scoliosis and the 15 yo was born with severe congenital bi-lateral esotrophic strabismus and nystagmus (severe crossed and wobbly eyes) requiring many surgeries to correct. We are very involved in our kids lives and I am a band mom volunteer, run my own business, Home Interiors. When I was well enough I use to substitute teach as well. I am home on long term disability and am in the process of applying for SSDI for the second time. I have RA, OA, fibro and I am post op surgical weight loss patient (lap-band) and I am 80 lbs thinner than I was 20 months ago. I am currently trying to recover from auto-immune related lung problems. I am also hooman mommie to 5 ferrets and 4 dogs...plus the occasional snake sitting I do for a friend!
