You know, this is so true. I never used to rest, I just barreled thru

my day. But now of course I can't. After I do a chore or some work, tho,

I lie down or sit still for 15-30 minutes and it helps me regain a

little of my energy. Plus sometimes the pain lessens and then if I'm

lucky, I can get up and do something else.
