Just sitting quietly for 15 minutes and relaxing can be > all that is needed to help you get through your day. You know, this is so true. I never used to rest, I just barreled thru my day. But now of course I can't. After I do a chore or some work, tho, I lie down or sit still for 15-30 minutes and it helps me regain a little of my energy.
